World leaders attending the COP26 climate change conference in Glasgow in November will be ferried around in a fleet of electrified Jaguars and Land Rovers, writes Brian Byrne . They will include the Jaguar I-Pace all-electric SUV. Jaguar Land Rover are aiming the become a net carbon zero car manufacturer by 2039.  

Mazda will be offering an updated version of its key CX-5 model in Europe next year, writes Brian Byrne , with significant design enhancements to the front grille and bumper styling and technical tweaks to make it an even more refined car. Changes to the suspension, seats and bodyshell make the car quieter and more comfortable. There's now a switch-controlled Drive Mode, and there's a new off-road mode to the AWD versions. Three new grades offer detail external differences reflecting off-road, sports, and luxury interests. The CX-5 represents 21pc of Mazda's European sales.
